2.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent that you are of sound mind, acting under no compulsion, and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling activities, whether through 77pak or any other mechanism, are not eligible to register or maintain an active account.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on 77pak. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or related accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must keep such information updated thereafter. 77pak reserves the right to suspend or close any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or materially inaccurate.
3.3 KYC Verification. 77pak operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its compliance obligations. Players may be required at any time to submit documentary proof of identity (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77pak account credentials. Any activity conducted from your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 77pak support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 77pak will never request your password via any communication channel.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 77pak account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing procedures.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77pak currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20). Available methods may change over time; the current list is always reflected on the platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on 77pak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77pak does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits funded via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to the player's PKR wallet effectively in real time during normal operational hours.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 200. Minimum deposits for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed on the relevant deposit screen at the time of transaction.

Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to 24–48 hours following approval. These timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
4.6 Source of Funds. Players represent and warrant that all funds deposited to their 77pak account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of unlawful activity. 77pak may request source-of-funds documentation at its discretion.
5.1 Game Rules. All casino games and betting markets on 77pak are governed by specific game rules displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before wagering real money. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market.
5.2 Betting Finality. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 77pak system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. All betting decisions are final from the point of confirmation.
5.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or hardware failure affecting a casino game or betting market, 77pak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Any payouts resulting from a clearly erroneous game state (including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds or jackpot amounts) are void and will not be honoured.
5.4 Cricket Betting & Sports Markets. Live betting markets on PSL, international cricket, UFC, and other sporting events are subject to specific sportsbook rules regarding settlement timing, event cancellations, void markets, and late score adjustments. 5.5 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on 77pak are supplied by licensed third-party studios whose RNG systems are independently certified. 77pak does not operate proprietary RNG infrastructure and has no ability to manipulate game outcomes.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77pak are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.

6.5 Modification of Promotions. 77pak reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already actively claimed and in use by eligible players at the time of the change.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, third-party service failures, or events beyond 77pak's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 77pak accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.
10.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pak shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including losses of profit, revenue, or data.
10.3 Gaming Losses. 77pak provides a platform for entertainment gaming and sports betting. All real-money wagers carry inherent risk of loss. 77pak is not liable for any losses incurred by players as a result of their gaming or betting activity.

12.1 Governing Law.
